Our Agency

Our agency practices both Exclusive Agency for Buyers and Sellers and Dual Agency in traditional real estate sales transactions. When a buyer represented by our brokerage seeks to purchase a property whose seller is also represented by our brokerage, Dual Agency arises. In such cases, we are bound treat both parties fairly and equally and cannot advocate on behalf of either.

Our brokerage is also a licensed auction firm. When we are offering a property at auction, we will act exclusively as agent of the seller. Please review the Working With Real Estate Agents brochure published by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission and contact us if you have questions.

Our agency will cooperate with any real estate broker who is an active licensee  recognized by the NC Real Estate Commission. If you are currently represented by a broker from another agency, your broker can show any of our properties regardless of your broker’s firm, board, or multiple listing service affiliations.
